MINNEAPOLIS, USA, Nov. 28, 2022—Tenured agency executive Ann Baxter has joined the business development team at marketing firm StoneArch, part of global healthcare commercialization partner Fishawack Health, with plans to accelerate the company’s partnerships with healthcare, medical device and wellness clients.
The agency has extensive expertise in the healthcare space, partnering with clients including 3M, Carelon, Fujifilm Life Sciences, Medtronic, Teladoc, UnitedHealth Group and Upsher-Smith.
Baxter will take on her new role as director of business development in Minneapolis. She joins at a time when more companies have begun turning to partners with deep experience in healthcare, that can provide a strategic understanding and creative approach to support innovative brands and campaigns for emerging medical technology, devices and healthcare services.

Ann began her career at Minneapolis-based legacy agency, Campbell Mithun (CM), where she spent 27 years cultivating her business development craft. Her track record of success at CM included significant healthcare-related client acquisitions such as Breathe Right, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, Mayo Clinic and Wellmark.
More recently, she continued honing her skills at independent boutique agency Riley Hayes and full-service creative branding agency Yamamoto.
